Ep. 1: Aya Mikage's Sixteenth Birthday Brings Mysterious Powers and a Deadly Curse

Fraternal twins Aya and Aki Mikage, aged sixteen, leave a karaoke bar with classmates. Aya tackles a thief, falls from a bridge, and floats to safety after seeing strange visions. Her shirt sleeves rip, and she experiences more visions. Aki suddenly writhes in pain as cuts appear on his body. Aya screams for help, but her family remains motionless. Her grandfather explains that the marks signify Aki is the rightful heir of the Mikage and that he will survive. However, he declares that Aya must now die.
