Lutoh riots escalate into a revolution where the National Assembly demands Princess Fine’s execution. Dissonanza, disguised as Back Arrow, kills the crowd’s leader, intensifying public anger. Rudolf declares Fine deposed, gaining noble support except from Prax. Werner attacks Rudolf with a Briheight but is defeated by an unknown machine. Prax attempts to evacuate Fine, who refuses to flee. Back Arrow rescues Fine from execution while Prax delays Dissonanza. Werner dies protecting Edgar villagers from Lutoh forces. The Granadger approaches the capital. Atlee declares Granadger United an independent nation, granting Fine political refugee status and rejecting Council demands for her return.
