The band Pastel Palettes is preparing for the World Idol Festival, but bassist Chisato Shirasagi has conflicting commitments that make group practice difficult. Chisato also struggles with the challenge of singing and playing bass simultaneously for their duet song. Vocalist Aya Maruyama and the other band members encourage her to continue practicing together. With their support, Chisato overcomes her hesitation and joins in the rehearsals. Consequently, the group delivers a smooth and successful performance at the World Idol Festival, featuring both Aya and Chisato singing during their song.
