Buckingham attempts to rally Bishop Ely and Stanley for his rebellion. Richmond tells Stanley he will join only if King Edward V and his brother, imprisoned in the Tower of London, are killed. Buckingham insists Richard III must commit these murders. Richard waits for Buckingham in York. After the coronation, Richard is visited by the assassin Tyrell.
