Following practice, Takumi is attacked and beaten by several teammates within a dark equipment room. Go discovers Takumi lying there and takes him to his home to provide medical treatment and shelter for the night. The school eventually becomes aware of the assault, leading to disciplinary consequences for the baseball team as they face the repercussions of the incident.
