Amateur blader Bird Kazami travels to the sacred location known as X City with the goal of becoming a professional. Upon arrival, he is defeated by rookie crusher Takumi Ishiyama. Following this loss, Bird is abandoned by his teammates. A mysterious blader named Kamen X then approaches him and offers an invitation to join his team. The narrative explores the true identity of the individual who utilized the super-speed technique called Extreme Dash. The story progresses as Bird sets his sights on reaching the summit of X Tower, a gathering place for powerful bladers, marking the beginning of his intense battles.
