Following the neutralization of the nuclear missile, Hoshimiya Eiji takes a brief respite before Franc reawakens his sister Sena. While other characters collect intelligence on the Order to find a cure for Sena, Eiji and Rin depart to establish Hiroshima as Rin's territory. During their time there, a mysterious new force emerges, raising urgent questions about the situation affecting Rin.
