Haruka and Michiru find themselves trapped in a hotel overrun by a puppet and its master. Because Haruka is ill and unable to fight, Michiru transforms into Sailor Neptune to destroy the puppet's bottle, endangering the hotel guests in the process. After Haruka recovers, she transforms into Sailor Uranus and defeats the puppet. Although Haruka immediately worries about a new enemy, Michiru reassures her that Sailor Moon and the rest of the team will handle the threat.
