Doujinshi author Miu Amano is hired as the cafe's big sister archetype. She initially mistakes Maika and Dino for a couple, using them as inspiration for her work until Kaho clarifies Dino's feelings are one-sided. Customer feedback requests Maika to be more sadistic, leading the group to train her through sadistic anime and violent video games. This transforms Maika's persona and attire into a full dominatrix style. However, she is instructed to revert to normal service for most patrons, reserving the extreme style only for specific customers. In the post-credits scene, Maika accidentally water tortures a customer while attempting to provide a swift refill service.
