After Czar Baldy-Bald fails to defeat Bo-bobo, he reopens Wiggin Block, a base housing powerful and insane warriors. To overcome this new threat, Bo-bobo and his team must endure an onslaught of strange challenges. These include ice-cream loving assassins, dolphin shows, strange space travelers, tea ceremonies, and transforming birds. The team also encounters the return of a jiggly ally and a brand new lucky hanky.
