Bo-bobo and his reunited team confront Baldy-Bald the Fourth and his army of Hair Hunters. To enter the New Czar Playoff easily, Bo-bobo targets the leader of the Chrome Dome assassin corp, who uses duct tape. He aims to defeat this leader and seize his medal. Although Bo-bobo and the other Wiggins nearly get stopped and almost turn into metamorphing goo, he finds a solution. He discovers a non-stop TV channel featuring his own bizarre programming. Despite the horrible ratings of this channel, it provides the means to stop the stopper and join the tournament.
