Ep. 3: Kyotarou drafts a manga while caring for Anna after her basketball injury

Kyotarou begins writing a dark fantasy manga but visits a hospital for a headache, where he finds Anna suffering from stomach pain. He becomes aroused by the scent of her forgotten blouse and returns it at a nurse's request. Classmates ask him to deliver an inappropriate note to Anna, but he instead throws away a manga sketch resembling her. After Anna is injured playing basketball, Kyotarou follows her to the hospital intending to kill her. However, he realizes his love for her upon hearing her cry about her nose ruining a photoshoot and seeing that she kept his drawing. He leaves tissues for her pain and feels happy to see her smile again.
