Breakin requests Hibiki’s assistance in collecting Dance Stones, but Hibiki declines due to embarrassment, leading to a conflict that causes Breakin to leave. Concurrently, thieves Mink and Tank infiltrate a museum housing a Dance Stone. Cornered by police, they activate the stone, animating a dinosaur exhibit. Hibiki and Breakin recognize the danger and revert to their Flash Beat forms to halt the creature’s destructive path through the area.
