Karibuchi Hikari is the younger sister of Karibuchi Takami, a renowned witch who battled the Neuroi in Europe. Although Hikari possesses great stamina and a strong work ethic, she does not have the same magical powers as her famous sibling. When an opportunity arises to travel to Europe and fight alongside her sister, she eagerly volunteers for the mission. However, before she can depart, she must first demonstrate her capabilities by competing against another student at her school to earn her place.
