Francis, the head of The Guild, a North American organization composed of gifted individuals, is revealed to be the mastermind behind the bounty placed on Atsushi's head. Despite this threat, Fukuzawa declines Francis's proposal to purchase the Agency. Following this refusal, the situation escalates as members of the Agency start to disappear without explanation, creating a sense of urgency and danger for the remaining staff.
