Ep. 21: Casshern Confronts Dio's Army After Ohji Reveals Luna's True Nature

Luna claims her blood grants eternal life but now rejects it, urging Casshern's group to stay. They depart, though Casshern later decides to bring Ringo for healing despite Lyuze's objections. The team reunites with Ohji, who warns that Luna actually grants death. He explains that humans once achieved immortality until Braiking Boss found it revolting and ordered Luna's assassination. Ohji notes the current Luna differs from her past self. After witnessing her effects, he forces Ringo to see Luna, but she refuses. Casshern then encounters Dio and Leda's army, who have arrived to eliminate Luna. He allows himself to be brutally attacked by their forces without resistance.
