Chi participates in a game of hide-and-seek with Yohei, choosing to conceal herself inside a dresser drawer. However, Yohei leaves to get a snack and forgets about her location. As a result, Chi falls asleep within the drawer. Mrs. Yamada subsequently closes the drawer, unaware that Chi is still inside. Later that night, the Yamada family discovers that Chi is missing. This sequence of events highlights the oversight that leads to her temporary disappearance from their sight.
