A string of natural disasters has devastated the world, caused by Shizuru Ozaki, who seeks to transcend human limits through destruction. Isato Kaiza wields the Caizer Stone, enabling him to become the armored hero Gowcaizer. He and Hellstinger team up with a man seeking revenge, who carries a magical sword and a secret history. Their mission is to confront Omni-Exist, a spectral embodiment of destructive human emotions.
