Ep. 18: Clare joins twenty-three Claymores to face Isley in the north

Rubel and Rafaela confront Clare and Jean, assigning Clare a mission to the northern lands alongside twenty-three other Claymores to battle a horde of Awakened Beings and the Abyssal One Isley. Rubel reveals that Raki has traveled there, providing Clare with additional motivation to accept the task. Upon arrival, Clare reunites with Miria, Helen, and Deneve. The group of twenty-four Claymores splits into five teams and is immediately attacked by three Awakened Beings in the town of Pieta, who strike first.
