Captain Shin-chan, Misae, Shiro, and the principal successfully complete their mission to save the universe from the pirate Hiroshi. Following this victory, Hiroshi travels to Akita with his family. There, they encounter Hiroshi's former school friend, Yoshio, who escorts them to the school. Hiroshi attends a reunion where he meets his old classmates. During the event, a girl named Masako flirts with Hiroshi, prompting Misae to physically attack him. The narrative shifts between the successful cosmic rescue and the awkward social dynamics of the school gathering in Akita.
