While Misae is away, Hiroshi assumes responsibility for Shin-chan. Misae sends Shin-chan outside to play with a ball, which rolls into a truck. Shin-chan enters the vehicle and accompanies the driver. Meanwhile, Misae and Shin-chan devise a trap to catch a panty thief. However, Hiroshi accidentally falls into their trap. Eventually, Misae and Shin-chan realize their mistake regarding the situation.
