This scientist orchestrated their escape to subject them to his Giant Ray, transforming them into mindless, destructive giants. Doctor Dracula collaborates with Doctor Semushi on this weapon, intending to use it to conquer the world. The narrative questions whether the Cyborgs can intervene to prevent this global takeover and stop the mad scientists from achieving their destructive ambitions.
