Cyborg 009: THE CYBORG SOLDIER

Nine cyborgs, eight male and one female, are created as experiments and captured by a terrorist organization known as Black Ghost. With the help of a scientist, they resist the group's control. In response, Black Ghost deploys additional cyborgs to eliminate the original nine, leading to global conflict. The series originally aired 48 episodes, followed by three OVA episodes titled "GOD'S WAR." A recap episode was broadcast between episodes 47 and 49. The "GOD'S WAR: Prologue" was produced separately as a teaser for an unadapted manga ending and is not part of the main continuity. Due to broadcasting limitations, TV Tokyo aired a merged version of the first two OVA episodes, leaving the final OVA episode unaired.
