Joe Shimamura and the other cyborgs face the Bresudo, a secretive group with extraordinary abilities who have influenced human history for centuries. The Bresudo's true intentions remain unclear, but their presence looms ominously over the world. While most dismiss their existence, an American journalist named Lucie Davenport travels to Texas to reach out to a specific family, where she encounters the cyborgs.
