Ban fights Head Hunter Gatoh and his Buld, initially dodging Gatoh’s rocket launcher attacks. Following Kazu’s advice to control the pace, Ban charges the Buld, but Gatoh uses a stun grenade and an axe with hidden gunpowder to sever Achilles’ right arm. Achilles loses the limb but recovers his sword after the Buld is eliminated. Ban blocks a missile launch, mastering Sword Cyclone, which allows Achilles to win and advance to the semifinals. Kazu, Ami, and Jin also secure victories. In the quarterfinals, Kazu and Daiki advance, setting up a semifinal match between Daiki and Ban. Ami attempts to strike Emperor in the legs, but Jin dodges and defeats Kunoichi with a single blow.
