Ritsuka Tachibana experiences a quiet, routine life that shifts when Rem Kaginuki, the president of Shikou Academy's student council, involves her in unusual events with the council members. One day, she returns home to discover her mother unconscious and hooded figures nearby—later revealed to be devils, vampires, and exorcists searching for the Forbidden Grimoire. Her stable life begins to unravel as Rem assists her through the situation, and she feels growing attraction toward him. Meanwhile, uncertainty surrounds her brother, who hides something from her.
