In the first segment, Blossom is assigned to protect her favorite television hero, Johnny Cosmo, after Mojo Jojo issues a threat against him. In the second segment, the Amoeba Boys, who now include a female member, attempt to establish themselves as villains but achieve very little success in their endeavors.
