Devilman: Tanjou-hen

Akira lives an ordinary life in contemporary Tokyo until his friend Ryo returns and disrupts it. Ryo reveals that demons are preparing to attack humans, and Akira is drawn into the conflict. To combat the demons, one must use their own kind of power. Akira and Ryo undergo a perilous ritual in hopes of creating a powerful being known as a Devilman, the last chance for humanity.
