Ep. 30: The Cures face a dragon guardian to obtain the legendary Magical Lovely Pad.
The Cures travel to a remote island to retrieve the Magical Lovely Pad, one of three mystical items used by legendary PreCures who saved the world from darkness 10,000 years ago. They encounter Melan, the guardian fairy, who transforms into a powerful dragon to test them. After a complete defeat, Aguri expresses her desire for strength, while Mana prepares curry to encourage the team to try again. During the second battle, the PreCures lend their power to Alice to break Melan's barrier, though Aguri's time limit prevents them from capitalizing on the opening. Mana fights relentlessly, reminding Melan of the spirit of her former partner, Cure Empress. Impressed by their determination, Melan grants them the Lovely Pad despite the incomplete victory.
