A strange phenomenon causes people to fall over repeatedly, forcing them to crawl for movement. Enpi denies involvement, but her own pratfall creates an awkward situation for her and the Yokai Patrol at a zoo. Sutendouji, the yokai responsible, reveals that Enma and Enpi are siblings and intends to steal Enpi away. He attempts to take the Blaze Circlet from Enma's head to use as a wedding ring, explaining that it originally belonged to Enpi before ending up on Enma, which caused Enpi to become a streaker. Enma fights and defeats Sutendouji, accidentally killing him. Afterward, Enma contacts the Great King Enma to inquire about the circlet.
