Haru accompanies Subaru to Nana's apartment to return a key, leading to an emotional reunion with her younger brother, Hachi. Suddenly, a man with a frightening appearance enters the room, but he is revealed to be Nana's younger brother, Yugo. Despite his imposing size, Haru feels relieved to see Hachi and Roku playing happily with him. Meanwhile, Subaru notices a magazine titled Polaris in Yugo's bag, which is the publication serializing Subaru's novel.
