Ep. 2: Chihiro reveals her memory defect to Renji while Hiro skips school to meet Miyako

Hiro skips classes and encounters Miyako, discovering they are in the same school year but different classes. He explains his irregular attendance by claiming to be an established manga author. Meanwhile, Kyosuke reflects on a fleeting glimpse of Kei running through the city on Christmas, though he fails to recognize her. Renji meets Chihiro again, and their relationship deepens. During this time, Renji learns from Chihiro that she suffers from a memory defect, preventing her from recalling any events that occurred more than thirteen hours ago.
