Following Licht's command, the remainder of the 8th Company launches an assault on the Haijima compound. Inside, Vulcan and Maki engage in combat with a formidable puppeteer. Meanwhile, other members of the company reunite with Shinra and Licht, who are currently battling Kurono. Just as these confrontations unfold, a third party unexpectedly arrives, escalating the conflict into a chaotic three-way melee involving all involved parties within the compound.
