In episode 181, Mirajane and Panther Lily assist in the conflict against the Hungry Wolf Knights. A shockwave from Natsu's attack divides the participants into separate groups of five. During these one-on-one engagements, Lucy and Yukino are left vulnerable and must confront the executioner Uosuke. He employs magic to turn the surrounding ground into a pool of lava, trapping the celestial wizards on a sinking ledge. Arcadios wades through the dangerous lava to rescue them from this perilous situation.
