Miyu contacts her using the video phone feature of Sapphire and Ruby to check on her condition. Illya invites Miyu to rest alongside her, but the situation takes an unexpected turn when Illya notices Miyu wearing a maid uniform, leading to a surprising reaction from the sick student.
