Kazuya travels to East Genetics Academy to meet Cassie Lockheart, a top-ranked third-year Pandora who holds Stigmata from his deceased sister Kazuha. Cassie intends to retire after graduation to write novels, avoiding the Chevalier elite because Satellizer’s resilience during a past incident exposed her own weakness. Back at home, Sister Margaret informs Kazuya that Satellizer also possesses six of Kazuha’s Stigmata but lacks compatibility. Chaos erupts when Type S Nova attack East Genetics, displaying unprecedented abilities and overwhelming students. The attackers absorb several Pandoras, including Cassie and her teacher Milena. Meanwhile, Satellizer overhears Kazuya discussing his potential motives with Arthur and Kaho, leading her to fear he only chose her because she resembles his late sister.
