Fine and Rein travel to the Flame country with the specific intention of eating flame fried rice. Upon arriving at the restaurant, they discover that it is currently closed for business. The owner explains that he is unable to prepare the dish because the necessary spice can only be gathered from a volcano. This volcano has not erupted in a long time, preventing the collection of the essential ingredient. Consequently, the restaurant cannot serve the meal that Fine desired to eat during their visit to the region.
