The three princesses attempt to restore Bright to his normal state by acting as Fortune Princesses, but his transformation is protected by the power of darkness. After reporting the situation to the King and Queen in Sunny Kingdom, they search for Princess Grace's book, which might hold a cure. With assistance from Shade, the group locates the book in a store. They spot Bright in a hot air balloon, but he ignores their presence. Consequently, the princesses depart to find another method to save him.
