Ep. 4: Kazumi discovers a mysterious room revealing multiple Phantoms and identifies the arrow's origin.

Following Blue Phantom's retreat after Milky Holmes arrived, Kazumi feels depressed about failing to use her previous powerful arrow. The next day, while seeking advice from Milky Holmes, she finds a staircase leading to a secret room containing logs of the group's lost toys. This discovery helps her realize that more than one Phantom was involved in the earlier incident. Later, the team traps Ryuko, who is revealed to be Color the Phantom, also known as Yellow Black Hole. When the Blue Hunter joins the fight, Alice deduces that the arrow Kazumi fired previously was created by combining their Toys. This revelation knocks back the Blue Hunter and exposes him as a TV presenter. Before escaping with the Blue Hunter, Ryuko leaves a cryptic message regarding her motivations for becoming a Phantom Thief.
