With the deadline approaching to secure 70% student approval for the Seioh festival, a clock tower explosion destroys the student council room. Facing this setback, Shimojima introduces Manami and her friends to an abandoned Seioh boarding house. The group begins cleaning the property to establish a new workspace. As the effort continues, more students join in, transforming the task into a massive collaborative project to restore the entire boarding house.
