Getter Robo G

Following the defeat of the Dinosaur Empire and the death of Musashi Tomoe in the original Getter Robo series, Dr. Saotome, the robot's creator, anticipates that the peace achieved may be temporary, with more formidable threats on the horizon. His concerns are realized with the emergence of the militaristic Hyakki Empire. In response, Dr. Saotome develops a more powerful version of Getter Robo, known as Getter Robo G, and establishes a new base for its operations. With Musashi no longer available, Dr. Saotome recruits a third pilot in the form of Benkei Kuruma, a baseball player.
