Mangetsu has a chance encounter with Anna at school, where Anna reveals that Shingetsu is responsible for ruining her family. The following day during lunch, Mangetsu informs Shingetsu of her desire to participate in GRANBELM. Shingetsu offers her assistance, but their conversation is interrupted when a car carrying Anna and several members of her family drives by.
