After departing Albion, the Grandcypher arrives at an inescapable island covered in mist. The group enters a village to collect supplies, only to find it inhabited by zombies terrified of a ghost ship. Gran and his companions are welcomed into the home of two undead residents, where they encounter the Black Knight’s agents, Sturm and Drang, along with Orchis, a girl possessing powers akin to Lyria’s. Drang explains that the island’s haunting phenomenon is linked to a specific primal beast and requests the crew’s assistance in resolving the crisis.
