The group reaches Okinawa, where Aina’s excitement fades as the men run around naked, prompting her to move them to a public beach requiring swim trunks. Iori and Kohei attempt to ride a banana boat to decide who shares a room with Shinji and Ryujiro, but both sabotage each other and fall off simultaneously. Ryujiro declares Kohei the winner by a wave. Azusa allows Iori to sleep with her and Nanaka, but his inability to rest leads him to study a diving license guide before taking drastic measures to sleep. The following day, Iori, Kohei, and Aina undergo a two-part diving exam consisting of a written test and a practical deep-water assessment. Aina considers lying about her oxygen levels, but Iori reassures her that her current club members are superior to her former peers. During the celebration, Nanaka informs Iori that he is about to fail the test.
