After recovering from his defeat by Tri-Edge, Haseo reconnects with Tohta, who reveals that Phyllo died of cancer, causing Haseo to regret missing him. He subsequently meets Tabby, who shares her ambition to become a nurse to save Shino before Haseo does. Once Tabby departs, Haseo is left alone to reflect on his history with Shino. This introspection triggers a vision of Shino, strengthening his resolve to protect her. The episode concludes with a visual overlay of Haseo’s Xth Form from the G.U. games and his avatar Skeith, transitioning back to the present. Haseo gazes into the distance, his determination renewed as he continues his search for Tri-Edge and a cure for Shino.
