.hack//Versus: The Thanatos Report

A special feature included with the .hack//Sekai no Mukou ni Blu-ray disc and the free game .hack//Versus is titled "The Thanatos Report." It serves to link the game's events with those of the movie, aiming to present a final revelation. The character Dave, who also appears in the main film, is the central figure in this special. The story spans two years: 2024, the setting of the movie, and 2025, the year of the game's events.
