Following the destruction of a Hong Kong factory producing FREAK chips by Royal Hong Kong Police, Integra and Walter must train new recruits from non-British special forces rather than British units like the SAS and D-11 to maintain Hellsing security manpower. Meanwhile, Seras and an MI-5 secret agent independently investigate the increasing number of cases involving FREAK vampires.
