During a meeting between Hellsing, Iscariot, and the Queen of the United Kingdom, The Major interrupts via live video transmission delivered by Schrödinger to announce his intention to wage war on England. Simultaneously, First Lieutenant Rip Van Winkle and a small squadron of SS soldiers from Millennium hijack the VTOL aircraft carrier Eagle. Integra Hellsing dispatches Alucard aboard an SR-71 to eliminate the perpetrators. Alucard ruthlessly kills the SS soldiers and converts Rip Van Winkle into one of his many familiars. As this confrontation concludes, The Major begins his movement toward London to drive England into another war.
