Ep. 12: Tsukushi visits her mother with Tsukiko while Yōto sacrifices his memories for them

While treating a sick Tsukasa, the younger Yōto persuades young Tsukushi and Tsukiko to visit their mother. At the mansion, the girls wear handmade clothes and Tsukushi laments her lack of memories with her mother. The younger Yōto reprimands Tsukushi but wishes to the cat god to give her precious memories with Tsukasa, causing the current Yōto to forget meeting the Tsutsukakushis and Emi. Yōto and Tsukiko return to the present, where Tsukushi decides not to go to Italy. Later, Yōto and Tsukiko share a kiss. Days later, Yōto, Tsukiko, Tsukushi, Azusa, Emi, and Mai enjoy time together at an amusement park.
