As autumn foliage turns red, Tamaki Ugaya relocates to the Ugaya Family home in Kifumura village while her parents work abroad. Surrounded by nature, she follows childhood memories to her grandmother's residence but is immediately ambushed by monsters. Takuma Onizaki, a surly boy, intervenes to save her from the attack. This event marks Tamaki's arrival in the rural setting, where she must navigate her new surroundings and the sudden danger that greets her upon reaching her destination.
